Time to Plan for AORN 2011 Congress

With registration now open for AORNs signature education event, perioperative professionals can begin planning for Congress 2011 in Philadelphia next March. Building off AORN President Charlotte Guglielmis presidential theme, Freedom to Be, the 2011 Congress program offers a wide variety of education topics and speakers so attendees can tailor their Congress experience to their educational needs.

At the February chapter meeting, Victoria Steelman, currently a member of AORNs National Board of Directors will present an educational offering on surgical counts and engage the membership in dialogue and questions regarding AORN activities and positions. This will be February 16 at Holy Cross Hospital.
